firsts of the lasts.

so it's been a weird couple of days. my suburb's on burglary alert because people keep leaving their windows open in the heat, queensland is in a big mess that's going to take a lot of time and money to clear up, my mum's become so lazy she's now ordering in her groceries, and it's now officially the year of the rabbit on the chinese calendar. which means i get money from all my asian relatives.

and i don't know about everyone else, but i've already got a shitload of homework and tests to look forward to, as well as lots of dull and seemingly pointless lessons that make my brain numb. but at least we're coming closer the end of the last first week of school. ever.

did i also mention the ball is in about two weeks?

last year i didn't think much of it, like, it's just a ball, waste of money etc...but i actually can't wait to see everyone i know looking absolutely stunning in their dresses. hopefully stunning. as in i hope everyone chooses nice dresses to wear...
